Acceptance of the provisions and signing of this contract means acceptance of the conditions contained in

the rules and regulations for the issuance of ATEX certification (I-O-18) and
-
the rules and regulations for the use of the certificate and certification mark (I-O-16).

Relevant Quotation for ATEX certification.
Article 1- Contract Parties
This contract has been drawn up by and between the company whose legal identification information has been mentioned in the quotation, hereinafter referred to as The Client, from one side, and Nobel Certification Italia SRLS. (ConformEx), with registration number FE-219093, and fiscal Code 02021200387 with domiciled registered address at floor T-1 , No. 285 , Comacchio St., Ferrara (FE) - Italia, represented by Mr. Peyman Moradi as Managing director, hereinafter referred to ConformEx, from the other side.
Article 2- Contract Subject-matter
2-1- Reviewing the technical documents (Technical File) prepared by the client and notifying the client of possible necessary amendments and then re-checking the technical documents amended by the client and final approval of the technical file.
If the documents modified by the customer need to be modified again, it is obvious that the re-examination of the technical documents by ConformEx will include additional costs other than the cost included in this contract.
The client is committed to provide ConformEx with the technical file with a unique number defined in the client's numbering system with the content that will be communicated to the client by ConformEx after signing this contract.
2-2- Conducting one cycle of product evaluation mentioned in the relevant part of the related quotation.
2-3- Registration and issuance of ATEX EU type examination certificate, based on the standards listed in the relevant quotation, based on the annex No. III of EU directive 2014/34/EU, under the accreditation of the national accreditation Center of Italia (ACCREDIA) for the Client, if a positive decision is made by ConformEx.
Note: The subject matter of this contract is applicable to the application received from the CLIENT, amended if required, finalized, approved by the CLIENT, and reviewed and accepted by ConformEx.
Article 3- Contract Term
This contract term shall be from the date of signing until 12 months.
Article 4- Total Contract Price
Total contract price shall be paid by the client to ConformEx as per the parts and deadlines, which has been indicated by the relevant Quotation.
Article 5- Jurisdiction
In the event of a dispute, the court of Ferrara in Italy, is agreed to be competent
