• by signing this online form, the applicant accepts authorization for data processing and applicant commitments, and declares his awareness of rules and regulations for ATEX certification (I-O-18), rules and Regulations for issuing ATEX quality assurance notification or QAN (I-O-14), rules and regulations for using certificate and certification marking (I-O-16) and provisions of specific contract for auditing and certification of ATEX quality assurance (A-M-02).

• To comply with local regulations regarding the acceptance of explosion-proof products by the authorities in certain countries outside the European Commission, the Ex manufacturers based in those countries, who do not hold ATEX product certification based on Modules B and G of the ATEX Directive, may require a non-accredited, non-notified certification of their Ex quality management system.This option is available for selection under the "certification module" section in the following form.
