Content of ATEX acknowledge receipt for technical file storage

[1] the title of document: "Acknowledge receipt for communication of the ATEX technical documentation";

[2] the title of "ATEX directive", and in the following, a referral to "Article 13 paragraph 1, letter b ii)";

[3] the number of acknowledge receipt;

[4] the product covered by the A.R;

[5] the type(s) or series covered by the A.R;

[6] the name of manufacturer firm that owns the product covered by the A.R;

[7] demonstration ATEX marking(s) of the product;

[8] the legal registered address of the firm that owns the product;

[9] the address of the manufacturing site(s) relevant to the product;

[10] number of technical file of the product which is subject to the A.R;

[11] a statement in which declaring that ConformEx in the position of a notified body (with presentation of the four digits NB number) has received a copy of the following technical documentation in sealed form;

[12] delivery modality of the technical file. e.g. by email or by post of the original physical documents;

[13] stating the duration for validity (maintaining duration) of the issued A.R which is 10 years;

[14] stating that the maintaining period of the technical file could be extended over than 10 years;

[15] a statement declaring the the A.R has been issued in accordance with the letter b ii) of paragraph 1 of article No.13 of the EU directive 2014/34/EU and relevant policy of ConformEx (M-O-04);

[16] address of the location where the A.R has been issued in;

[17] a statement declaring possibility for validity verification of the certificate via ConformEx official website;

[18] a statament by which the manufacturer becomes obligated to communicate any possible revisions of the technical file to ConformEx and accordingly an obligatory of issuance a revised veriosn of the current issued A.R.;
