-
for the parts relevant to the standard clauses under subject of “type test”, in the ExTR or in the documents referred to in the ExTR, there must be sufficient evidence that the tests were performed in the laboratory. (e.g. the date collected relevant to the test)

Non-compliant Product, further inspection needed
6- If the assessment report is related to a re-branding project, refer to this issue in the "Location of testing" section and specify the laboratory where the original manufacturer's product was tested.
7- In the "Equipment Identification" section, if the evaluation is related to a group of products with a diverse range of rated values (voltage, current, power, etc.), if necessary, tables explaining the relevant models and nominal values should be included and referred to.
8- in the case of diverse ambient temperatures and temperature classes, it is useful to include a separate table and refer to it.
9- The information provided in the evaluation report about the tests (including the number, method, and results of the tests) must be consistent with the test report and not inconsistent.
10- In the marking sections, an image of the nameplate and marking should be included or a reference should be made to the relevant document.
11- In cases where compliance with the dimensions and specifications of the drawings has been achieved (flameproof joints, clearances and creepage distances, etc.), reference should be made to the drawing number.
12- In cases where reference is made to technical documents and instructions, reference should be made to the relevant document number.
13- If the not applicability of a clause of standard is due to the interpretation of the standard text and cannot be clearly deduced, the reasons should be explained.
